Some things that maybe you would not think of otherwise, of course your passport. But increasingly there are countries that are asking for at least six months left on your passport. They want to make sure that you are not going to say in their country. So be sure that your passport has at least six months to go. Also a very good idea to take a copy of your passport, keep it separate away from your passport, but have it with you it would sure simplify things if your passport should get stolen or something. Of course check to see if you need a visa for any of the countries you are going to. Most European countries you don't these days, but other places in the world you do. Both a converter and an adapter for electrical appliances. One to change the current, one to change the plug. A safe way to carry your money, and realize that in Europe they have more large denominations coins than we do. Like a dollar coin, a two dollar coin that we have those too, but they are much used in Europe. And you need to have some type of coin purse or something, because you are going to be handling more coins of large denominations than you think you will. And a safe way to carry that money be it a money belt of some kind, a plan for that. A day pack of some kind that you are going to want to take out when you go out from the hotel in the day to walk around in the city. Plenty of batteries if your camera happens to take batteries. Wet wipes, hand sanitizer things like that. An umbrella or some type of rain wear. Appropriate shoes, and a friend taught me long ago just to get black tennis shoes or walking shoes. You would be surprise how much better they look, and they can even take you places for evening dining. They just don't glare like white ones do. Medication and a change of clothes of course in your carry on, and make that both ways. Because you could get delayed coming home. I have certainly had that happen, and you would want a change of clothes also. There are loads of reasons to look past defiance and focus on strengths. Aside from building trust through clear communication enjoying a little peace and quiet around the house show personality. That right. Hidden under those layers of rebellion and indifference your teen is actively interpreting the world in their own enchanting way. Remember being a teenager? Like most teens, you probably battled uncertainty. Maybe you shouted from the rooftops, or, like Emma, you found solace in a solitary obsession. There a reason for this. Teenagers are trying on new behaviour to see what fits. And the good news is that you can help just by accepting them. Point out your teenager strengths and give them the courage they need as they encounter the world. What more, encouraging strengths builds trust. When you focus on strengths your teen will likely open up and share more with you. Sadly, many parents miss this brief opportunity to see life from their children point of view. Instead, they become embroiled in power struggles and watch their influence as parents slip away. Find your child strengths and focus on them. Teens are magnificent human beings eager for your acceptance and support. When you focus on their strengths and accept them as they are you see the wonder of the world through their bright and shining eyes. And here the most important reason to focus on your teenagers strengths. When you notice what going well in your teenager life you can see what going well in your own life. It true. Soak in all the good things around you. Develop a sense of thankfulness and let it spread throughout your whole family. Now, here are some action steps you can take to identify and nurture your teenager strengths. Step 1: Choose three strengths you admire in your teenager. Consider your child strengths in mind, body, family, community, spirit, skills, and money. A good place to start is by finding in them what you admire in yourself. Step 2: Once you chosen three strengths, observe them in your child over the next four weeks. Don force anything; just notice what comes up. Step 3: Keep a diary to note positive changes in behaviour or communication. Remember, all you doing is observing. No need to do anything other than notice. Step 4: Reward yourself for staying focused on your teen strengths. Treat yourself to small gifts and feel good as you strengthen your relationship. Step 5: After a month, answer these questions: can you bring what you learned into other areas of your life? Consider continuing your journal after you complete these steps. You might focus on other people strengths and see how your relationships improve over time. This exercise can turn strife into pleasure. It amazing. When you take the time to find and focus on your teenager strengths you save yourself years of misunderstanding and hardship. And, as you follow these simple steps, you build a lasting foundation of trust and understanding for your teen alone, but for your entire family. If you have little time and do not want to spend too much time on doing exercises, then you can choose jogging. It is the best choice to save time. One additional benefit is that people who lost their spouses also take part in running. But such people are few. Everyday we can do long running during the chore time. We can do it in the morning, or we can do it when others are busy in cooking or other sports. What it needs are just some kind of foresight and politeness. It is easy for us to do running when we are busy or in trivial matters. It is a good idea to do exercises in the morning or other frivolous time. You can do running at any time if you are convenient. Inherent spirits of running is different from other sports According to your mood, it could be competitive or not. We should endeavor to do the sports in a rugby contest. When you hit your ball you must assure that your rival can not get the ball in a tennis match. Golf players drown themselves in the game so that they compete even in the friendly match. According to joggers wishes, they could decide whether they jog or scurry. It is effective for runners to use stopwatch to run faster than before. Through running you can make your friends exhausted. When we do running, we can imagine we are skipping in the countryside. By the way our bodies also feel warm. If you do not want to run fast in a match, you could do that. Even if you do not run with the highest speed, you can get good exercises. If you want to choose a kind of sports without competitiveness, running is a good choice. Unlike other kinds of sports they urge you to get the championship. If you not, you have no gains. But running is different. You also can get something useful even if you do not get the championship.
